If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or size, please email us at info@rmodeofficial.com with your order number as the subject and explain. You may also DM our Instagram page @rmode_official. In order for an exchange to be accepted, the item must be returned to us without any damages and the tags still attached, no longer than 14 days after your exchange request has been accepted. We do not pay for return labels.

Pre-ordered items can take up to 4 weeks for production. Estimated production times are stated under each item in the item description. If you would like to ensure your pre-ordered item will arrive to you in time for a event or vacation, please include the date you would like to receive your items in the checkout notes and select expedited shipping during checkout. If the event is less than a week from the order date, please consult with us via DM or email to confirm whether your order will make it in time.
