EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how to send your items back. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Read to ship items will always ship out within 1-3 business days.
Pre-ordered items can take up to 4 weeks for production. Estimated production times are stated under each item in the item description. If you would like to ensure your pre-ordered item will arrive to you in time for a event or vacation, please include the date you would like to receive your items in the checkout notes and select expedited shipping during checkout. If the event is less than a week from the order date, please consult with us via DM or email to confirm whether your order will make it in time.
